HEAD OF YOUTH RECRUITMENT (PART TIME POSITION)

Leyton Orient FC requires a pro-active and highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the identification and recruitment of young players within our Centre of Excellence system for the U8s - U18s.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and reliable with a good footballing background and have the ability to work alongside senior members of the Centre of Excellence staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing and administering a comprehensive scouting structure
• Ensuring recommended players are tracked and monitored
• Establishing new and enhancing existing relationships with local schools and clubs
• Maintaining good communication channels between all departments at LOFC
• Ensuring all members of scouting systems are appropriately screened through the FA CRB process
• Administrative duties
• Being well presented and undertaking every opportunity to promote the positive image of Leyton Orient Football Club

Work Experience

The club receives many applications every week for work experience. It is rare for the club to be able to offer work experience to fans and members of the public.
